The Degriefing Manual

This book is a step by step endeavor that enables the reader to become familiar with the concept of grief, how society handles it, and how our particular cultural training influences what it is we say about grief and how we relate to it.
Lyn Prashant writes the way she speaks and therefore the book is straight from her intellect and goes right to the heart. Her claim that "the mind has a body and the body has a mind" speaks to the inseparable experience of the interrelationship between mind and body.
